Tanger Factory Outlet Centers Inc. recently revealed that Lisa Morrison has been promoted to EVP, and CFO James F. Williams has been promoted to an EVP, effective immediately.
As the executive vice president of leasing, Morrison will continue to lead leasing strategy across the Tanger portfolio. Morrison has been with the company for more than 20 years in various roles with increasing responsibility in the leasing department.
As the executive vice president and chief financial officer, Williams will continue to be responsible for the company’s financial reporting processes, as well as supervisory responsibility over the senior officers who lead the company’s accounting, finance, investor relations and information systems functions. Williams is approaching 25 years with the company in various roles with increasing responsibility in the finance department.
