iCapital Network Expands at Empire State Realty Trust’s One Grand Central Place


technology platform providing access to alternative investments, which currently leases the 26th floor of One Grand Central Place, substantially expanded its footprint during the 4th quarter of 2018 to accommodate its recent growth.  By leasing an additional 17,613 square feet to occupy the entire 27th floor, iCapital Network has increased its leased space at One Grand Central Place to now total 35,186 square feet.

Lauren Crowley Corrinet, Alex Golod & Chris Hogan of CBRE, Inc. represented iCapital Network Inc. in the lease negotiations. Landlord representation was provided by Julie M. Christiano and Leslie Nadel of ESRT, along with William G. Cohen, Brittany Silver, and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark Knight Frank.
