Eliott Trencher Joins Kilroy Realty as SVP


Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corp. has appointed Eliott Trencher as SVP, Corporate Strategy. Trencher has extensive experience in the REIT industry across several disciplines and product types and will be involved in evaluating new acquisition and development opportunities, capital recycling and other strategic initiatives.

He joins Kilroy Realty from Cohen & Steers Capital Management where he most recently served as an Equity Analyst and Associate Portfolio Manager covering publicly-traded U.S. REITs. During his nine-year tenure at Cohen & Steers, he was an integral member of the U.S. Investment Committee, focused on underwriting commercial real estate companies as well as security selection in the office and life science sectors. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers, he spent three years at Goldman Sachs in the corporate real estate group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York University.

At March 31, 2017, the company’s stabilized portfolio totaled approximately 14.4 million square feet of office space and 200 residential units located in the coastal regions of Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Seattle. In addition, KRC had two office projects totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, 237 residential units and 96,000 square feet of retail space under construction.
