Dallas based CyrusOne, a premier global data center REIT, has been certified as a Great Place to Work by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work. The recognition was earned based on extensive ratings from CyrusOne employees in anonymous surveys.

The results are based on 293 employee surveys, resulting in a 90 percent confidence level and a margin of error of ± 2.62. According to the study, 97 percent of CyrusOne employees agree that when they look at what the company has accomplished, they feel a sense of pride, and 96 percent of employees say they are proud to tell others where they work. CyrusOne also scored high marks in employee satisfaction in the workplace, including atmosphere (98 percent), pride (98 percent), rewards (98 percent), communication (97 percent) and bosses (97 percent).

CyrusOne employs nearly 425 people in its 43 data centers within the US, as well as locations in Europe and Singapore. A few of the benefits employees receive include paid time off to volunteer, maternity and paternity leave and a 401k matching program. The company is continuing to expand, with a strategic partnership in China and recent land purchases in Northern Virginia and Mesa, Arizona. It opened its downtown Dallas, Texas headquarters in 2017.
